You may request an eligible return within 30 days after the item is delivered.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Please contact us through the Contact Us page before sending an item back. We will review your request and provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping and restocking fee

For returns not caused by a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the approved refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photos. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, and return shipping charges and the restocking fee will not apply.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable 20% restocking fee. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
