Please include your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of your question. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, email clear photos so we can review the issue.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back to receive return instructions.

For returns not caused by a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping. Return shipping charges do not apply to confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Orders ship from China. Standard shipping is US$6.99 for merchandise subtotals under US$99.99; US$99.99 or more qualifies for free standard shipping to available destinations. The threshold is after discounts and excludes taxes and shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–15 calendar days, including weekends, from the date you place your order, not a guaranteed arrival date.
